A motivated, ambitious, compassionate and caring group, Michelle, Tracey and Elizabeth all bring diverse experience and expertise to their local Nurse Next Door Home Care franchise.

Michelle has co-founded a few winning companies in the past fifteen years focusing on helping clients with expansion, infrastructure, new business development and other management issues. It was, however, Michelle’s recent experience caring for her father who was diagnosed with lung cancer that brought her to Nurse Next Door.

For years, Tracey has helped companies achieve excellence in a wide range of areas including strategic planning, operations, management and technology. Despite building a successful consulting firm, Tracey’s desire to be in an industry that improves people’s lives motivated her to join the Nurse Next Door Home Care team.

Finally, Nurse Next Door would not be what it is without its own resident medical expertise which comes in the form of co-founder Elizabeth Rose. A registered nurse with more than twenty years of experience in both clinical and commercial settings, Elizabeth acts as the Care Manager for Nurse Next Door North Shore and Abbotsford. Her responsibilities, therefore, are concentrated on providing her clients the best possible care with the best possible resources. She also acts as the medical liaison with client’s doctors, the hospitals, and pharmacies and also has a strong hand in promoting the company’s brand with both end user clients and their medical care-givers.

Together, the group’s goal is to become an integrated, welcome, support service in Abbotsford that families can depend on to take care of the ones that need care.
