Experiencing first-hand the challenges of the healthcare system while arranging care for her elderly mother, Carol Lange saw a great need for a new and innovative solution. With this personal experience and a 15-year background with Johnson & Johnson, a global healthcare company, Carol knew she was well-equipped to help address the challenges and stress that local families face each day while trying to care for their elderly loved ones.

After searching for the right opportunity to address the needs she saw in her community, Carol decided to launch a Nurse Next Door franchise. Using her experience as a marketing professional and her knowledge of the healthcare system, Carol hopes to ease the caregiving burden by providing high-quality homecare services in the communities of Maple Ridge, Mission, Pitt Meadows and Westwood Plateau.

Carol’s goal is to become a resource in the community for those that need in-home assistance, and those struggling to care for aging family. Committed to making a difference, her focus is on helping local seniors receive the care and attention they deserve and need to live comfortably in their own homes.
