Lisa and her son Scott wanted to be involved in a business where at the end of the day they knew they had made a difference in someone’s life. They found the perfect fit with Nurse Next Door and are thrilled to provide exceptional home care to their community.
Lisa owned and operated a background screening company with her mother for over 30 years. In addition to extensive business expertise, Lisa brings unmatched enthusiasm and passion for truly making a difference in people’s lives. Lisa has seen firsthand that the home care industry needs a company like Nurse Next Door to celebrate seniors rather than focus on the difficulties of aging. It’s been a perfect match with Lisa’s infectious spirit lighting up every home she steps into.
Scott is a recent graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Communication and Sociology and has been an Associate of the Wounded Warriors in Action Foundation (WWIAF) since 2009. With tremendous compassion and commitment, Scott has helped these incredible Purple Heart Recipients experience things they once loved doing but now have a difficult time enjoying. Scott will lead Nurse Next Door with youthful excitement and a drive that will resonate with caregivers and clients alike.
