Heart Quarters Tours

Nurse Next Door is happy to facilitate tour groups through our headquarters (known affectionately as Heart Quarters). Our company culture and best practices have been covered very generously by the media and have even resulted in Nurse Next Door being named the number one place to work in British Columbia. Tours are open to groups of all sizes with advance notice.

Tours begin at 10:30am and start with the back story of our start-up, our core values and our core purpose. You will then walk through our main office to learn about our various departments and how they operate, our vision for Nurse Next Door in the years to come, our innovative centralized client service centre, and our Toyota-modeled Lean philosophy. The final stop on our tour will be our daily huddle which takes place at 10:55am everyday. Tours end with an open Q&A session.

Due to the high number of tour requests we receive tours are held twice per month (Wednesdays). Please contact us at tours@nursenextdoor.com to find out when our next open tour slot is. We'd love to have you in!
