Caroline, having been employed in the social services for over 25 years, brings to the Tri Cities Nurse Next Door franchise a wealth of industry experience and understanding. Her experience and education in social work has spanned services in the areas of mental health, child protection and community living services.

Arlen, on the other hand, brings with him diverse business experience that he will focus on helping deliver tremendous value to local seniors while providing critical home care services. His previous experience has ranged from sales to property managed and has seen him own four other businesses in the process.

With their diverse experience and ambitious mindset, Caroline and Arlen look to provide seniors in the Tri Cities with an opportunity to live in their own homes while receiving the care and attention they deserve.
