    You are a go-getter who is looking to bring new ideas and bold goals to our well loved brand. As the Content Marketing & Social Media Specialist, you will help drive organic traffic through effective content curation and content marketing strategies, grow our social communities across multiple channels, develop and curate engaging content to further business objectives, and manage daily social conversations.     • Identify innovative content marketing strategies
    • Create and/or manage engaging and informative content via blogs, newsletters, video and social media while ensuring brand consistency across all channels
    • Develop the Nurse Next Door social media content strategy to increase engagement and visibility across all channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
    • Secure backlinks on external websites via manual outreach
    • Manage online social channels by engaging with communities daily to answer and monitor questions
    • Identify and escalate social community feedback, issues, and trends for the purpose of improving our followers’ overall brand experience
    • Drive our social recruitment strategy by highlighting the personal and professional achievements of employees and profile key positions with the company
    • Bring visibility to #happieraging by executing a strategy by helping define this and highlighting people who embody it
    • Provide coaching to Franchise Partners on social media to allow them to leverage social channels in driving brand awareness and lead generation
    • Stay up-to-date on emerging social media trends and best practices to continually improve our social media strategy
    • Handle day-to-day publishing of editorial calendar on social media channels
    • Identify community leaders and employer advocates and empower them to more actively contribute to the greater community
    Skills & Experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Marketing Communications, or a related field
    • Minimum 3 years of social media coordination/content marketing experience
    • Related work experience: Copywriting, blogging, and community engagement
    • Demonstrated experience and a passion for social technology
    • Familiar with all capabilities of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Google+ and other social media platforms
    • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Hootsuite (or equivalent Social Media Dashboard), WordPress, MailChimp
