Abayomi and Temitayo bring a strong blend of professional experience, compassion, and purpose to their Nurse Next Door franchise. Abayomi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has built his career through leadership roles as a sales manager, purchasing manager, and operations manager. His passion for meeting people and solving problems inspired his desire to serve the community in a more meaningful way. Temitayo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and is a practicing nurse with experience as both a bedside nurse and a home healthcare nurse. Her hands-on care experience has deepened her compassion for both young and senior clients, and she finds joy in making a positive difference in their lives.
Their decision to enter the home care business was shaped by both professional and personal experiences. Together, they recognized the growing need for high-quality home care in their community, especially as more seniors choose to age in place. In Naperville, a significant and growing senior population is facing increased needs related to chronic conditions, mobility challenges, dementia, and daily living support. They also understand the pressure this places on families and the importance of providing dependable care and relief for family caregivers.

When should we consider 24-hour home care?
Use this list to help you decide if continuous monitoring is something you should consider:
- The person doesn’t sleep through the night (or gets up more than 2-3 times per night).
- The person has difficulty moving around and is at a high risk of falls.
- The person was recently (or is about to be) discharged from the hospital and needs constant monitoring.
- The person’s spouse or relative is exhausted from helping day and night.

Can I trial Nurse Next Door or do I have to sign a long-term contract?
You are not locked into a long-term contract as a Nurse Next Door client.

Are your home care services only for seniors?
No. We provide home care services to people of all ages. While our specialty is providing Happier Aging® experiences to seniors, we also assist with disability care, post-operative care, and more for children and adults.

Will I have the same Care Team all the time?
At Nurse Next Door, we strive to provide consistent care with regularly assigned caregivers. If your Caregiver isn’t available, we will ensure a suitable replacement that meets your unique needs.
Does Nurse Next Door conduct a background check for Caregivers?
Yes, all Nurse Next Door Caregivers are carefully screened with criminal background checks, vulnerable sector checks and reference checks. We verify our Caregivers' educational credentials upon hire and ensure, on an annual basis, that every Nurse is registered and in good standing with their respective College of Nurses.
